Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at FixAmericaMerch@gmail.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
📌 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Fees & Restocking Charges

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return is free, and we will cover all shipping costs.
  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size, no longer needed): A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to compensate for shipping and handling costs.

💡 Restocking Fee: $15 (or percentage, e.g., 15% of the purchase price) the lower of the two.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
🚫 Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
🚫 Custom-made or personalized items
🚫 Personal care products (beauty, hygiene items)
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
🚫 Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange process, return the original item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days—for any reason—without a justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
